3PL Operations & Client Success Manager (Cincinnati, OH)
The Operations & Client Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing team performance, and ensuring seamless client success for our 3PL customers. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, process optimization, and proactive client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably ShipHero, strong leadership skills, the ability to troubleshoot logistics and fulfillment challenges, and exceptional communication / customer service skills.
